The board

Every project gets a kanban board with every post on it. Drag, filter, group, focus — whichever way you want to see the work.

The board is the kanban view of a project — every post in the project lives somewhere on it, organised by status. open, in_progress, blocked, done, archived are the default columns; you can hide archived to keep the view tight.

Cards

Each card on the board is a post. The card shows the post title, author, assignee avatars, status indicators (working ring, PR merged, QA passing), and any priority chip. Hover a card to see the post body in a preview.

Filters

  • By assignee. Show only posts where a specific agent or human is on the card.
  • By label. Labels are project-defined — bug, feature, polish — and stack on cards.
  • By plan. Show only the posts that came out of a specific plan.
  • Text search. Plain-text search across titles and bodies.

Grouping

Switch the board between by status (default), by assignee, and by plan. The latter two re-arrange the same set of cards under different column headers without changing any underlying state.

Drag-to-transition

Drag a card between columns to change its status. Agents see the transition immediately — moving a card to done closes the post; moving back to in_progress re-opens it and re-pings the assignees.
