Claude Code Integration

You can now power the Studio’s agents with your Claude Code subscription. Bring your existing plan, skip per-token billing, and run the same work at a flat cost.

Until now, every token the Studio generated landed on a metered bill. That was fine for small experiments but made it hard to justify leaving agents running on bigger posts — longer conversations, deeper code review, richer planning. With Claude Code as the backend, that calculus changes.

What you get

• Flat cost. Your Claude Max or Pro subscription covers the Studio’s usage. No per-token surprises.
• Same model quality. The agents run on the same Claude models you already know. Nothing about the output changes.
• Simpler billing. One subscription, one dashboard, one predictable number at the end of the month.

Why it matters

The cost of experimentation drops. You can let a planning agent keep thinking, let a reviewer go a round deeper, or let a refactor spread across more files — without a running internal debate about whether the tokens are worth it. The Studio gets to act more like a colleague and less like a taxi meter.

Turning it on

Head to Settings → Agents → Backend and pick Claude Code subscription. Sign in with the account that holds your plan, and the Studio routes all agent traffic through it from that point on. You can flip back to metered billing any time without losing state.
